Just got my SS tinted
I've had my SS for about a month and a half, the car really needs to be clay bar'd and wheeled out and it was dirty in the pics, so please excuse that. It's stock with the exception of a Continental DWS tires and a Trifecta tune which is on a spare controller. I also have a hot side charge pipe and a 3" catless downpipe awaiting powder/ceramic coating before installation.
Tint just went on yesterday, the pics were literally about two hours after the install. I went with Llumar CTX ceramic tint because it is a performance tint, it doesn't just make the windows dark. It has the highest solar heat rejection rate of any LLumar film but none of the potential signal interference problems that metalized films can cause.
Sides are 30%, rear is 15%, the windshield and sunroof are done in Air Blue 80. Air Blue has a similar heat rejection rate as 15% tint but without the darkness. When you're looking through it, you can't tell it's there... until the sun shines down on the windshield. The tint really keeps the car A LOT cooler inside.

Yeah, I don't like that antenna. Previous owner is a moron. I'm going to pick up an Opel GT shorty antenna for it soon.
Resizing is over-rated... Go big or go home! (which ironically is in contradiction to my antenna statement) haha
