I am planning on fixing it best I can, I ordered some replacement rocker panels for like $65. The plan is to cut all the rust off and weld the new panel on, prime it, and put the skirt back over to cover up the ugly. Ill keep the post updated as to how it goes.

Please do keep us posted. You may not need to weld, some of the bonding adhesives available these days at body supply places can work just as well, and be more controllable as far as warping.
