So my quest for Quiet continues to evolve...
I'm trying to go with passive as much as possible with no fan smaller than 120mm.
Big and Slow cools quiet and as well as small and fast.
I moved one fan to the other side of the HDD tray. Now there is a Push - Pull going on with the HDD, the real reason was to bring a fan in line with the video card.
You can see the fan controller on the inside of the box above the DVD RW drive. 3 Fan channel.
1. Rear Case Fan. Going to be used for the CPU Passive
2. Both fans on the HDD Tray, Mostly for Video Card Cooling.
3. Will be attached to a 120mm fan on the CPU heat sink on it's slowest setting only if required.

Here is what would be ideal IMO..

If Required, 120mm Fan... on slowest setting just to help.

So I installed two chip set coolers from thermaltake. WOW.
Dropped from 80 deg to 54.
The fans are controlled by the BIOS and are quiet.
The P5n-32 SLI 680i Runs very hot on the NB and SB. Wanted to fix the problem. This is an overkill solution!

Awesome!

Updated the BIOS and the temp is reading higher but no load is still 25 Deg C.
Spent the day adjusting the computer for a new CPU and a much longer GPU.. 8800GTX OC2
Each Front Fan is Variable.
All HDD are reversed.
Southbrige Cooler Clocked to make room..
I love how clean it is and the third fan makes the front look..
