Low Setting Pull Vids :) -BYT Tune-
this morning i finally went out and took some vids of a few pulls on my balt, with the help of BYT, even on low setting ((which we are still working on)) it pulls very clean, and very hard. these are vids of the 7th adjustment to the old hahn tune that i was running.. in these vids i started in 3rd gear, from 40-50 mph all the way to 100 ish each time... BYT is doing an excellent job at this, every adjustment he makes to my tune and sends back to me to load into the car, i can feel a difference in how much better it runs all around. here is the links to the vids, enjoy, and remember, this is not finished yet, after tuning on low boost, high boost here we come!

i do recall BYT saying he wanted to set high around 26-27 psi
still gotta smooth out low for now though.

Awesome pulls, Steve from Kantuning.com (Fort Worth, TX) will be doing my tune after i get all my mods done for my car. will defiantly post some video up as a video response to yours when we get around to the tuning part. Nice car!

thank ya thank ya, and like i said guys not to be high strung about it and all BUTkeep in mind this is not the finished low setting... this is the 7th change to the tune, and each one is getting way better, we are almost done on low will post vids of it on low when its done... then we move on to high boost...

Its getting there, I think a 70-120 pull would show the bigger difference with this turbo. Today's log was 4.5 from 60-100 and that was stabbing it at just under 60 and including the lag from the 20g. The MAF is still a lil wacky but its getting closer each time
The pulls start around 17psi and ramp up to 21ish at redline. I want to get this low setting dialed in then go for 25-26psi

We have the boost controller gain set low, which makes the boost come on a lil more gradual for a daily setting. If we upped it and ran a solid 21 to redline, it would def pull harder thru the mid range. I think the HI setting vids that are soon to come will show the 3rd gear tire ripping power lol!
So far, max MAF was 42lbs and 34+ VE thru most of the pull.

Edit: pulled over 43MAF lbs on that last log he sent and increased the gain a lil to bring some more mid range power in.

did more pulls/logs today with some corrected EBC settings, very very nice/scary.. went from 40mph in 2nd to 120 stupid fast... couldnt take vids cuz i was by myself and couldnt be able to concentrate enough on the road as i learned yesterday lol.

Get some double sided tape or some velcro and stick your camera on the top of your steering wheel for speedo vids. Thas what i do at least. Just i need a better camera that takes HD vids!
