i just took these and want to know your opinions. if you like it or dislike it i don't care. let me know what all you think i should improve on. and maybe i'll be a car of the month one day thanks

Looks AWESOME, I've been asking EVERYONE, where did you get the stripes?

 

i like the drop, wingless, and the black rims.
i dont like the stripes or the no exhaust tip
what mods are done to it?
i also think you should debadge the rest of the car, get black headlights, tint the tail lights and tint the windows... just my opinion though

 

i went to a graphics place and just had them make four 4" wide x like 15" long stripes. then i messured where i wanted them and marked it and put them on.

 

and either color match or paint the calipers black

 

the taillights are tinted. and i am tinting the windows soon. the reason for the no exhaust tip is because i hate the look of a "fart can". but i agree i need to do something with it. thanks

i say black headlight housings and a muffler...look up magnaflows on ebay. there are plenty of available mufflers on there that don't look like fart cans

thats my favorite color Cobalt though...would definitely go that route if I had one.

 

i might just extend the muffler that is there. its an edelbrock. it doesn't look like a fart can. look friggin sweet. stainless ftmfw. lol

 

why dont you just get the stock exhaust tip and weld it to the end? doesnt have that "fart can" look at all

 

you're goin in the right direction, and ya i noticed the tails after i posted. the outsides would look better a lil darker, but i understand if the cops a dicks about it in your area. i also hate the look of the fart can so i have a magnaflow muffler and a 4" magnaflow tip (looks like stock but a lil bigger)

 

believe it or not the outside taillights are just as dark as the inside ones. its the way the lights hitting it i think.

and blazin i just might have to do that with the exhaust tip. i'll just have to find the stock muffler. lol

I have the same color with the same sort of theme. Except I went with a single stripe and extended it across the hood. The other difference between yours and mine is I made the angle of the stripe parallel the seam where the bumper meets the fender so it all flows together a bit more. I do like the wingless lid and black rims though.

those are some sweet pics and a good looking car. but believe it or not, closing the windows will make a huge difference in your pictures

wow awesome. i'm glad to see the everyone seems to like the car. it is lowered on zenn springs. i think they are the lowest riding springs offered. and they actuall ride really nice. this thing is my pride and joy. i prolly should have taken some under the hood pics to. painted blower and its so clean. i am thinking about having a custom paint job done on the valve cover this winter. who knows. thanks for all your opinions. keep em coming. i'm at work right now so when i get home tonight i will try to post them in my gallary.

i love my stripes. some people don't like them. on other color balts i don't really like them. but the black looks good on my orange.

I dont know why people put the strips on their car. IMO everything looks awesome except for the stripes.
