Well you have the pics uploaded and hosted, so that part is done. Now, display the image you want to post. Right click on it, select properties. It will show you the web address of the pictures location. Highlight that address, right click on that and select "copy". Now in your post, click the insert picture button on the top of the editing window and "paste". There ya go.
