whats the difference in making the exhaust sound like that i mean i cant just slap on the same exact one and expect to get the same sound out of my balt

That STI sounds really good at low speeds, but once he got on it it started sounding like all the other WRX and STI's I've ever heard before.

Yeah that STi sounds mean, if you want your Cobalt to sound like it doesnt have a 4 cylinder, do what I did and get a aftermarket header and downpipe and throw on the Megan Racing Catback. No rasp and its DEEP as hell. Reminds me of my buddy's Camaro.

also the major factor of a turbo being in the exhaust changes everything, i think my srt sounds better than the first one but im probably biasd... SuperSS heard mine..... theres a crazy one on youtube hang on.... ill find em

it has no muffler and a few resonators if u s ther tail pipes its twisted in a way to let the sound be down

factory you have a cat, resonator and thats it on an SRT-4 no mufflers, just a twisty exhaust like said before.... mine has nothing but a resenator after the downpipe to deepen tone alittle, but i also have a cutout before my resonator and dumps right under my car i can open electronicly

its got cats but no actual muffler. they do have resonators.
