My 2009 SS/TC Sedan (lots of pics)
You wouldn't think you would have problems in the flat city of lubbock, but it's the roads/ sewage. Due to lubbock being so damn flat, whenever it rains here the water has no where to go. What they did was create large dips, about 2 feet every other crossing road intersection. If i hit one of these head on any faster than 25, I usually bottom out. Any faster is bad news, some you have to drive at 20 and make a big loop and not hit them directly. Really sucks
When I had my old ss/sc here I actually busted my zzp downpipe off from the flex tubing, I hit one of those bumps which I didn't see at 35ish. Luckily i had a local shop weld it back for only 40 bucks. I had to drive for about a week with no exhaust, that **** is ******* loud. I felt like such a tool driving around town and campus with everyone turning their heads driving anywhere. When that SC kicked in it was deafening inside the car lol.
Here's two that are really bad i know of, i wish google maps showed them better. They really are terrible and all over the damn city.

a few of my lenses go down to 1.8.
the lower the aperature the more light you let in, and the higher shutter speed you can use.
now if you're going for some special effects...say you want the car to be in focus but want the background to be blurred. aka depth of field. go with a lower aperature (again lower number for bigger opening), if you want everything to be in focus use a higher number like 22 or something.
if you're using a tripod you can get some really need effects out of this too, because you can change the aperature and use a slow shutter speed.
anything below 60 will be usually blurry 40 if you've got a reallllly steady hand and hold your breath.
i usually like taking a tripod with me and do lots of different stuff.
i'm just getting back into photography its been a few years since i've done it but hope that gives some insight.
also if you're doing night shots try to keep your iso between 800-1000.
keep in mind if you can take a picture and at night with a good aperature and shutter mix.....try and use 400 that usually comes out the nicest in terms of grain/texture terms. 400 is mostly for a bright sunny day, but i play with it at night.
the higher the iso, the grainer a pic will get. the lower the iso the finer it gets.
also a real silouhette looks like this..

this requires more light in the background, than coming from behind the photographer.
if you have any questions lmk.
btw, #1 is my fav.
great pics man! the car looks great. they should come up with some kind of high wing for the ss sedan that makes it stand out alittle bit more. like that of the sti but not so big or square lookin...cool pics anyway!
