My car + Downtown Pittsburgh 56k go DIAF

So, spent a bunch of hours after work washing, waxing and cleaning the goat.... Decided it was time to head downtown for some nighttime shots... Could not find my adapter plate for my camera to mount to my tripod, so I had to just set it on the tripod and try to balance it to keep the long exposure shots steady.... Did not turn out bad IMO. Sorry for them being so large...

Wayyyy too dark. Can't tell what the car is in a couple pics. I thought it was a cavy in the first picture.

Is that area right in front of the incline? That's what it looks like.. Gonna go down there with my new SLR in a few weeks when my new wheels and stuff are on.. Looks great!

And what kinda camera? Normal point-n-shoot ones take good pics, but that seems too good for a normal camera.. lol. Can't wait to try it with my SLR..

Canon Powershot A620, 7.1mp point and shoot

Tripod + manual shutter speed does wonders...

Those shots were between 8 and 13 second shutter speed.

Thanks for the comments.. I know some are dark.. but thats the best I could do judging on the small screen standing out there under a bridge... wondering if ima get raped by a bum... and station square security driving back and forth past me... haha

Yeah its station square below the incline on the road that goes down to the hotel

Excellent. Thought that's where it was. I'll try to get a good shoot in the next few weeks. Haven't gotten a proper photoshoot all summer.. Which is funny because about 75% of my mods were done this summer.. lol. But regardless, I will be doing a sick one next summer after finishing everything up.. Spend all day downtown getting pics in garages, across the water, on Mt. Washington.. Everything. Just ******* around with angles and ****.. Anywhere else downtown you've tried? Pittsburgh does indeed have a fantastic skyline. Especially at night.. No-one can disagree with that.

Did the Bucs win or was it the Dodgers? I obviously have mad love for the Pittsburgh teams, but LA is my second favorite teams.. Even-though they basically suck.. lol.

im not sure if a good angular pic would be capable from the top of mt washington overlooking the city...at the top of the incline but that'd be pretty nice i think. that way you could get a lot of the city in the pic. you'd almost have to stand on top of something and point down. just an idear.
