My new project car

Well i bought a project car. 2000 Camaro z28 as a roller. The plan is 5.3l ls motor, 4l60e with a 3000 stall, and a Cxracing turbo kit with a t76mm . Cant wait to get this beast rolling. As for the exterior i plan on doing the SS spoiler, hood, and lowering it. And Oh, its Clean title!!!!!!!!!! Can you guys believe it?

Did it come with a mullet?

Good chassis to build on, that set up should make you some decent power. I would build that trans up though. Not gonna take that power in stock form

Thanks .Uncle has a 03 SWB Silverado, 6.0 liter bored out to a 370, makes 430whp, 3400 stall on original tranny, tranny has 200k miles, 20k miles at 430whp, still going strong. If it last's a year, ill be happy.

My bad. Well i am surprised the manual lost 3rd year, unless it was used and abused , and has high miles. Those trannys are usually pretty dang strong, and hold power.

You have so many options for turbo kits. A budget friendly reliable kit would be a reverse truck manifold setup and an iron block. don't **** away money on cx racing crap.

Actually that's what i am doing.( no longer going cx racing) Someone from LSX NW told me he will help me out and i am getting some truck manifolds for free. Then a local guy is selling me a new on3 78/76. So it looks like ill be fabricating up my own kit. Cx racing seems to be a good brand, not to many people complain, and they stand behind there product somewhat.

They stand behind it some what. There's a lot of good builders put there that build way superior kits for not much more. The truck manifold setup has been proven into single digits. It's solid. I have a 25.5 4th gen
