Nice, I heard they work pretty good. What size are they?
I have a like new set of BFG drs, 255/50/16s on clean G6 aluminum G6 wheels.
I may sell them, what did shipping cost?

 

Oh yeah you're right... still heavy IMO, i'd rather go with 16" steelies for the weight and taller sidewall (helps a TON with hop)

 

he was local to me. got them for $120 and my stock motor mount. lol

 

that's cheap, have fun with em and I am jealous you guys have open strips all year round..lol.

 

Still looks like ass IMO. I really hate the look of the stock SS/NA wheels, it just looks like such an afterthought.

im gonna paint them bronze to see how they look. and that guy is a cheap ass. he offered $175 for all 4. i laughed and got in my car. lol

Damn, thats nuts. The DR's im looking at for my stockers are only 225's.

 

isn't that hard to do with the 555r

 

same diameter as stock, so no change in gearing, definitely a grippier tire. Just don't launch too hard and wheel hop won't be too much of an issue. Should definitely show an increase in quarter mile times though.

 

yeah i have poly tranny inserts and bwoody solid race mount, vibrates like hell but no wheel hop at all

lol i have to practice my launching with these now. i had my street tire launch down packed
