My new vehicular mode of transportation.

Well guys, I picked this car up about a month ago, but i've been super busy and haven't really had time to post anything.

Anyway, my little brother ( i call him "little" but he's actually 19, ha) has been rolling around in a '97 Tercel, so I figured it was time to let him step up to something a bit nicer, so I gave him my Cobalt, and I bought this beauty.

Its a 2003 SVT Cobra, Oxford White.

Build #6,114 of 8,394

All of the Mods have been done by me, so far I have

JLT Ram Air Intake
MGW Short Throw Shifter w/ Knob
MAC Offroad H Pipe
Borla Stinger Catback

and a few more mods to come.

Is anyone interested in my stock Heat Exchanger?

Thanks for looking!

-Chad

Haha, sounds fun. I've got a few things up my sleeve, i'll probably go with a KB or whipple and some spray down the road, so 600RWHP is a definite possibility.

I'm not a big mustang or Ford guy, but the Cobras are still one of my favorite cars and you got it in the best color. Congrats man, I'm jealous as hell haha. Definitely have to post up some vids and numbers whenever you can.

Well, I've already got some other stuff on the way. This car's gonna have a lot more than intake and exhaust haha.

I have the exact same mentality. I really have always hated mustangs, but always swore that i'd eventually own a terminator.

I too think that oxford white is the best color for them, it just pops so well, and with only about 600 white ones made, it's rare, also.

Like I said guys, if anyone is looking, or knows someone who's looking, for a cobra heat exchanger, have them give me a yell.

I'll post pics and vids eventually when I can, all I can say is that the MAC O/R H and Borla Stinger combo is loud as HELL.

Picked it up at Hi-End Auto in Appomattox, VA, 22K miles on the clock, and $23,500 was the original asking price. I paid him to remove the ugly ass license plate holder that was on the front bumper, fill in the holes, and repaint it too, so my grand total was $23,800.

I looked around for a WHILE when w bought the car. Hi-End ONLY deals with high performance cars and autos, and they SPECIALIZE in the 03-04 cobra. I was a bit skeptical, even though i'd heard reviews, until i got there and the first thing i heard was the two step of a 450WHP SRT4 going crazy.

Haha, the "parts" i've been talking about... a pulley set is one of them, i lost a lot of whine when i went for the loudest exhaust on earth, ha.

That's a hell of a power house.

My opinions are great on that car, i'd really love to see some pictures, my only criticizm is that i've always hated the cobra r "powerdome" hood. I REALLY love the SVT heat extractor better.. both for the look, and functionallity, the only thing better ( PROVEN ) is the steeda gilled hood.

As for high points, the FR500's are a great looking wheel, and those manley h beams are a beast.

That's an amazing mustang.

its got dumps on it which i don't mind. but it has the factory rear bumper with the exhaust cut outs so i may change that up a bit. i'll also need to give the engine a good cleaning and maybe some dress up parts. those wires are for his system he had in there which i asked him to take out at the time of trade.

That's really a gorgeous stang. You have to respect a boosted v8, no matter what the circumstances usually haha.. i'm not being an ass, but why do the headlights look so bad?
