I just got rid of my 89 ranger. It had the 2.9 and was bored 30 over and had a cam in it. Man i loved that thing.

 

It was the 3.0, it had a 5 speed which was alot of fun, but it was an amazing truck, it took alot of abuse. haha. It would catch second all day, But still was very slow those wheels weighted about 55 lbs. each...

 

hmm i had a 2002 ranger xlt with the 4.0 in it before i moved onto the cobalt. i will say that i missed it last winter...
