Idk. Stance has always been around. Fighter stance. Slammed stance. Level stance. Wrong stance turned into "stance"

Her stance is gonna be little camber but only show stance. Other then that higher it goes. Vdub stancing to me looks the best.

I honestly wouldn't mind maestro. But so far I'm iffy on it. But whe using the ECM we have there's nothing lol. I could go with a stand alone which (right now seems better lol)

I've lurked this forum for awhile now cause I have a 07 Cobalt and want to start modding it.. When I saw a fellow dubber I had to make an account so I can finally start posting on here.. I've owned a vw for quite some time now and big in the scene.. I just have to ask, was any research done when you bought this car? And why did you want vw's ugliest color

If you don't mind criticism, everyone can use some

Why would you do stand alone on a relatively-mildly modded vr? ME7 is a very capable ECU

To each there own color wise. (I actually like the color) a lot has to do with never seeing it anywhere. I've owned two dubs. WEll wife has lol, But I told her to pick a car she wanted and this was it. I purchased it with The broken timing chain and built it. The tuning has been pondered on because I will be doing it. But I won't till the beginning of next year.

The me7 is a capable ECM, but there's plans for the car. Wife loves my cars, which 90% of them I've owned we're boosted. So of course she's gonna be going boost. And I don't want anything to hold me back when doing so. I know I can use our ECM which is most likely the route I'll be going

If you've never messed with tuning a VW before I wouldn't do it, totally different beast. Why don't you stick to a simple flash? You aren't going to get any power out of the thing anyways. Especially with the compression with no boost? Probably get funny looks from any reputable tuning company when they hear that

I don't understand why you would change out ME7? Explain if you don't mind

Tuning wise I'm fine. I'm not gonna be tuning right now (beginning of year I will be when we have all the rest of the parts we need) mainly the turbo. We are undecided because we are unsure the power she wants. I can tune basically anything it's all the same... I've worked with a few guys around me with the vdubs tuning and so forth.

Why would I change the ECM? Have you worked with ECM mapping before 10*10 /10*15/10*20/15*15/20*20/ so on so forth cell basis and etc? The stock ECM is fine but from the systems I've used I've been able to do more with stand alones. I haven't chosen a path yet, I've been looking for some months, just still looking what's best.

I mean I don't understand why you think you can just magically tune a VR with that kind of compression just cause you know how to piddle around with hpt. And I wouldn't expect more than 400whp out of a vr, especially with stock rods

A VW doesn't have a ECM whatever that is. But standalone on a relatively stock car once again. There is a reason why no one does that

I've read on the maestro for a few weeks and it may be the way I go. I'm just saying with the stand alone I can go based of less sensors, get more room and cleaner.

Donald, did you read the first post? The cars rods are cryo treated . I'm not wanting godly power ... And I don't just tune with hpt. I have tuned with others. I'm not just someone who puddles and paddles. I actually have done this for some times
