He is using photoshop. If your good at it you can do almost anything with it. I have seen people make life like scenic pictures from scratch with it. Its a very powerful tool in the right hands

 

i dont mean to ***** the thead, sorry about this. but i seen some great stuff with photoshop. but i love the designy stuff that appears in the sigs.

i'm still working on em' fellas....just a super busy weekend. I'll be more than happy to redo sigs, but only after i've gotten the first run done (i can do small tweaks). Trust me i haven't given up...just very busy.
