For those that dont know , the Opel astra IS the Ion replacement . The US I garantee wont get the diesel , but that body is coming here to the US . Saturn has already copyrighted the name Saturn Astra

Sould be more info by the end of the Summer , its looking to be a 2008 model in the US . Lutz said Us powertrains and suspensions will not be inferior or softened compared to Euro versions anymore with GM cars ..so you may get your Turbo 2.0 . To early to tell anything other than the car is coming .

 

Yeah, that car will be coming to the states but it wont be a diesel. Americans think diesel's are slow and dirty
