those tires have loud ass road noise, on the strip they are sticky, so be careful.

 

nah, i havent heard any road noise from them whatsoever,, and i been driving them in the snow and ice and they handle a **** ton better. honestly.

thanks man it was a bitch to get it this clean in 30 degree weather but this is how it looks everyday. its wiped down and clean inside and out everyday.

 

If i only had the time to do that to mine everyday lol. I got scared of the way it looked this morning from all the salt. It only gets a wash once a week in the winter

 

Your old plugs were alot of your problem. There all fucked up.

 

It comes once you have tons of tire wear.

 

i always keep a big bag full of clean rags and a nice supply of quick detailer 10 minutes everyday or twice a day, and it keeps it lookin show quality. i only wash/wax/buff/detail mine once a week...

Where you need to start with your tuning...

Do some long 15-20 minute long long stretches on the highway with varying rpms.... no WOT. Get your MAF trims in check.

From that work on your timing, and fuel delivery.... then crank the boost and keep playing.

You'll get it eventually!

 

yep, BYT as been helpin me out with the tuning, everything is working out perfectly, progress is definitely being made. everything he id doin is makin some awesome improvements.

 

So, would you recommend the 555's? In terms of traction on the streets, not the track.

 

yes, i do recommend the 555's for street traction.. my reasons why- even with all the power i have, in 1st and 2nd i still spin a lil bit, but they warm up and stick hardcore.. and, i have driven them in the snow/ice and they feel a lot better than the stockers... very very nice tires... im glad i went with 235/40zr-18... i will never get any other kind of tires unless i get a set of slicks for the drag strip. i give these tires a 10/10

 

If you're driving the 555's in the snow you have a deathwish.

 

well, maybe its just me, but i thought they handled extremely well i the snow/ice... they got me around no matter what and where i was at in illinois, to get to my house i had to drive on frozen/snow covered highways, and hills that were nothing but ice, and uh, i made it every time no problem.. so, stop bashin on the 555's.... YOU MUST BE THINKING OF THE 555r's....
