Some one in my neighborhood has one!
I think their cobalt is an LT though.

 

I grew up in Uniontown, MP, just noticed you were south of Pittsburgh. You know that PA seems to have more than any other state for cobalts. Dont know why but its ridiculous. Surprised there isnt one around there that would swap with ya. It will happen keep looking.

 

There are tons but none are into the whole car thing that drive a yellow base model or are older people Haha.

 

Try finding a wingless yellow sedan trunk good luck haha

 

You all could remove the wing, metal glaze the trunk, reshoot and reclear. I did it in a weekend with the help of a knowledgable friend. It maybe cost me a couple hundred bucks in paint, material, etc.

Took the lock cylinder out as well.

Not to troll or anything, but what happens if your battery goes dead? Or your trunk gets closed when you have it disconnected for some other project?

Been there, had the engine out, battery disconnected, etc.

I hooked up my battery charger under the hood to the power wire and the gnd wire. And clicked my remote. I have never been locked out of it. If my batt is dead and I need to get in there, I just pop the hood and hook up a charger or jump cables.

its never been a problem, ever. Thankfully.

 

I thought about that after a few minutes after I posted. Wasnt sure if it would work or not. I guess it does.

i love my brembo's, just put them on a month ago

my windows are tinted, the angle and brightness dont make them look tinted tho in the pic lol.

NY cops dont like dark windows lol

I hear it's not hard to do but pretty expensive, if u can find a wrecked LNF and grab the brembos off them it shouldn't be too difficult

 

the hardest part was getting the 7 year old hub out of the knuckle, but after that your sailing away with blue skies.

Ran me about $675 with used calipers,rotors and pads. All of the other necessary hardware was bought brand new. Also Included in the $675 were the unnecessary new hubs and Stainless lines.

well, im reviving a dead thread.. apparently noone loves yellow.. so lets get them yellow cobalts posted up. see how they have changed in the past year or so. ill start it off.. 2008 just purchased. he in sunny cali.
