havent ran it with NOS yet. im sure it will if she hooks good. plan on hooking up the NOS when i get a house back in DE. unfortunately im trying to sell my house in maryland which is where the nova stays until i can buy a place in DE. so not much work can get done to it there.

Did you read how I painted it? I sold it to get my G5. I only have the white one left. If I get some money saved up I want to go all-out forged on the 307 in it. Crank, rods, custom pistons. Then get some 58cc heads from a 305 and a Comp xe268 cam and see what it can do. After it's broken in I'll add twin turbos and boost the **** outta it. Should be a fun project for the rest of my life haha

Absolutely love Novas. Wish I could get my hands on a 71 or a 72 one day soon.

That's a street stock and a charger, from back when chargers were required to have factory steel bodies and factory front clips. 91 maybe? 92?

yah, long ago now. now the street stock can use the modern nose, as long as the make of the nose matches the make of the engine.

Original. 305 2bbl , 4 Speed Saginaw, 3.08 Open diff.

The car started out as a father son Project. id like to restore it and give it to him and build myself another

Car is a 1979 Nova Rally
car has all options listed below. the number on the right is the production number total for all novas in 79

Rally Nova Package - 2299
Swing out rear window - 958
F41 Suspension (think FE5) - 792
Performance 3.08 Rear ratio - 303
4 Speed Manual - 616

I bought the car From the original Owners son after he died in 2001 for $1645, plus about $1000 to ship from WA to MA. i have the sales slip and the Plate frames from the dealer. i cant bring myself to cut this one up and make it what i want, so thats my plan. i would like ot build anothe r4th gen or a 66-67 Hardtop.
