The car's a work-in-progress & I know I have a ways to go, but I love how its turning out!

 

pretty clean 2.2 I riced my old car up, dont paint the engine bay ****.

 

I'm not... I'm gonna take it all off & get a CAI... prob polish everything up & go that route, no painting there for me, lol

 

nice and clean besides the interior trim and painted drums

 

i think it looks pretty damn good IMO.

 

I hate the rims personally, but very nice clean car. First time i changed my girlfriends oil was the first time i saw those engine covers. I was like WTF IS THIS???? DEF get rd of those too

to each their own, right? lol...i love my rims... hahaha I'd like them better if they were black, not a darker grey, but oh well, they were only $250 for all 4 rims... and yes, the covers will leave as soon as I get a CAI... but until then, I'm just keepin it all clean...

i like! what size are the rims and tires? i have a 2.2 with sportlines that size rim looks nice!

 

eBay! no lugs, no valve stems & no tires... got the rest seperate... I'm a thrifty shopper... HAHAHA

Rims are 17x7 and the tires are Nankang Sport NS-1s 205/40/17s

I have to agree with the painted drums statement, they just kind of say HEY, LOOK MY CAR HAS DRUMS and this is not where you want to grab attention. I'd go with a nice satin or gloss black, You are left with a nice clean look. Other than that looks pretty good nice an clean look.

 

Better then hey look at my rusty drums lol

 

The only way that car placed first is if you were the only one competing. Sorry, doesn't look that good.

Yeah, I agree... I thought about painting my drums black cuz that is a lot of blue back there, but then, i'd b hit w/ all the haters that scream "drums & calipers should match" so... I went w/ what I wanted to do, lol... and I think it looks pretty good, lol

Nope, sorry! I was against a really nice/clean HHR, 2 tone paint job, body kit, chrome rims... but I never said my car was a big time show winner tho... its got a long ways to go...
