in CALIFORNIA everything that does not have a C.A.R.B. number is illegal. notice that the video is for cops in San Diego, CA.

What a cheesy video/scenario. Does this mean it won't be long and aftermarket headunits would be illegal too becasue they can increase noise? Or what about amps, they aren't stock lol.

1) I like how the racer was a 40/50 year old guy
2) I find it amusing that every modified car is modified for street racing

Ya, California is a vary strict when it come to emissions. The only way around it is to get a really old car and it is emissions exempt. Then the cops can not F*** with you.

I think it has an attachment to fire surface to air missiles at low flying planes. I don't think that's legal.
