Post pics of your pulley setup
I want to see what everyones looks like, (aftermarket pulleys) We all know what the stock one looks like.
Let us know what boost you are hitting
I'll go ahead and start with my buddy..We did his Redline today.
2.9 From BilletFlow, Beautiful piece IMO..and was somewhat hard to install because it is meant for a "interchangeable system"
2.9" @ "prob. 15-16psi" im guessing... his boost gauge doesnt work right currenty**

And Yes, you will end up removing the supercharger, its not hard...disconnect a few lines, and unscrew 4 bolts. Its worth it in the end...For those that have not removed it on the RL..you guys got skill. lol
And for Chevypowered, are you trying to put the 2.7" on? b.c i think you may need the snout machined below a 2.8....We had trouble with his pulley, believe me....
but the ZZP press on's are a breeze.

I was told that the inner-diameter on the Billetflow 2.7" pulley is the same as the 2.9" pulley so there should not be any problems fitting it over the snout.

with the BF pully as long as you dont go below a 2.7size you dont need to change the size of the SC snout

Here is a link for some, http://www.zzperformance.com/cobalt_...ts1.php?id=490
The problem i am havinh is getting the hub on, its just too tight. I'm going to attept to take it off today and use a scotch bright wheel on a die grider and take the paint off, then i'll heat it up and hopefulley it will go on there.
We had a problem slipping it on teh snout because it is meant for a INterchange-able system...and we just slapped the pulley on...But after using some "tools" lol we got it on....
and its running nice
Dude you should not have that much problem putting the billetflow pulley on. I watched them put mine on in like 5 minutes. Not including the time it took to remove the supercharger. I did however notice that the 2.9 is really close to rubbing the snout.

Yes no iunjectors or anyhting yet. IU live at roughly 6000-7000' above sea level so my boost levels have been very low. Stock i was getting 6.5, 3" pulley i was getting 10, 2.85" pulley i was getting 11.25, and now with the 2.7" i get a touch over 12. I did got to a lower elevation tonight and i was getting 13 before the boost bypass kicked in then it went down to 11. I want to get a A/F gauge so i can see how lean my engine is running before i run the boost bypass mod. Yes I do have a tensioner, got it from the guy on ebay.
