Projectors and HID's Installed.
This lil project took about 2.5 hours LONGER than expected. I had the help of another member here (Boostn07) and it would have been a hell of a lot more frustrating without him.
First off, it is a pain in the ass to get the housings on the car. My GOD it took forever to get them in correctly and I still dont think they are in there perfect yet. Finding a good spot to mount the balasts and doing so was also pretty tricky. Once we got the ballasts mounted things went pretty smooth. I had all the led/halo ground and power wires allready spliced and ready to be tapped into the DRL's. I put the driver headlight in first and tested it and all was good with the exception of the middle led not turning on. After that we went to the easy side (passenger) and hooked everything up. Bolted the headlights in and fired up the lights and sweeeeeet the driver side led/halo = not turning on. At this time ben (boostn07) was tired and needed to rest for work tomorrow so he left. I went ahead and pulled the headlight out again and found that my led/halo ground was loose, tightened it up and all was good (middle LED now working). I put all the tools away and fired the car up. HOLY HELL do I LOVEEEE the 6K hids, PERFECT color and the light output is awesome! The lights need aimed pretty badly though so that is 2morrow night or the next nights lil project. Overall I am happy with the result, it took ALOT longer than expected and the thing I was worried about the most (wireing) was the easiest part thanks to An0malous! Also thanks to ben for helping me and keeping me calim

yes, the lights need aimed still
Sorry some of the pics are a bit blurry, I didnt want to get my tripod out.

OH MY GOD. These look amazing. Oh how I envy you right now. I've got my projectors with HIDs sitting in the back of my trunk since Monday. Jackalope might help me out this weekend.
Welcome to the 1st Gen Halo, 6000K HID on a LBM Cobalt club!

You'll enjoy them for sure, and if you get Silverstar Ultra's for the highs, you'll never complain about light output again!
(No i don't have HID fogs, just PIAA 4300K halogens.)

Thanks for the kind words guys. I am having a bit of trouble with my LEDs tho. The middle one on each side sometimes works and other times it doesnt. I know 100% that it is not the connections. I have them as good as they are going to get so I am stumped there. And wow is aiming these things a BITCH. Does anyone have a chart showing where these should be aimed?
