We need some 'ss' and 'supercharged' pumpkins!

 

well at least i got a pretty good laugh outta some of those pumpkins, very nice

 

I love carving pumpkins and i get pretty into it every yr. I think the wife and I have carved 7 pumpkins so far this yr. I love how people look at what other people have done and think its going to be a cake walk and it ends up being hard as hell.

Is there a certain kind of knife yall use for the close precision. I wanna take a stab at one.lol

 

they usually sell lil kits that are pretty handy, check like target or walmart.

 

I want a pumpkin just for the seeds, wash salt and throw them in the oven and BAM! Bomb ass snack...

One year my dad even took the pumpkin "meat" and made a pumpkin pie.

 

just get the kit at any store, comes with two knifes and the stencils to do the carving

 

Heres the ones I did last year, I ll be carving this years tommorrow or friday, so I ll post pictures up later. Sorry these pics are so crappy, I ll make sure to get better pics of them this year.

 

here's one i did last year

i made the one on the right, my gf did the one on the left*. it's simple but it was my first one and we had smaller pumpkins so they were harder to cut. sry crappy camera.

Seeds are the shiznit. I'm always lost with ideas for carving pumpkins. Actually haven't carved one in two years.
