Realtunes Caliber srt-4 another record

I was just on the Caliber forum just looking for an update on Realtunes srt.
Well this is what they have done.

11.87@125!!!! This is still with stock turbo housing. Hopefully they will have a video soon.
I hope Realtune is working on the Cobalts tc. These guys are good.

I thought you guys would like to take a look at what the Boys are doing
at Realtune for this Caliber. This is a stock turbo with Realtune Stage 2 kit.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akbKpb4E-YY

Hit the track up today. First pass went 12.38@116.9 [1.95 60 foot]
Second pass messed up 4th gear shift
3rd pass 12.046!! I believe this is the offical quickest time to day. [with video and timeslip proof]

The mph display started going haywire right after our second pass. It shows 40mph on the slip but the tower said we went 118.5 [which seems right to me]. We also have that run on video and I hope to have the video in a few days from Eric.

Timeslip break down:

1.803 60 foot
5.136 330`
7.797 1/8
89.79 mph
10.116 1000
12.046 1/4
40.04 mph [tower said 118.5]

Didnt get a chance to take the weight out I wanted to or give the car the final tune. This is all boost and no nitrous. :banger:

Our goal is an 11.9 and than the motor and big turbo goes in. I want this car going 10.9s before the end of the yea

I don't know man. Hahn got it down to 13.2 with everything stock except an exhaust and a reflash. With more engine mods, a better tune, and some slicks, who knows...

I believe the CSRT has a larger turbo stock than the LNF, so it should have more potential power in the end. That's pretty nuts, though!

caliber srt4's are ******* fast. It's unbelievable what people are doing on stock turbo. 118 is ******* moving.

as a side note, I'll be happy if I ever get over 110 on stock motor and stock supercharger.

and just for the people that dont understand the srt4..it uses the small 20g turbo that is offered on the
s3 neon package..but since dcr changed the wheel on the turbo, its a better flowing turbo than the stocker was

and a side note:

my cars going to real tune to get tuned,so look out peeps

The turbo has a upgraded wheel. This is a stage 2 package from Realtune.
As for the looks everyone didnt like it at first but once you see them up front they start to grow on you. Saw 2 on the street so far, they do look alot beter once you see them.

Realtune stage 2 [635cc injectors, pre-tuned FIC, MBC, big wheel stock turbo]
ED full exhaust
ED FMIC
SBC Stage 3 clutch
DCR Brake swap [swap brakes to fit 15'' rims]
Realtune prototype WGA

seems strange for such a largely supported community

DONT TELL THEM THIS! Youll scare them!

all kidding aside, cant wait till the mopar stage kits come out. Stage 1 supposedly is going to make 315-330 whp and 340-350 w/tq with just a reflash. Rumor has it whenever stage 3 comes out it will be 450 horses!

I want to see what all vendors have to offer including mopar. You guys have been doing amazing work, and Im routing on ya to break 11's before DCR!

I think hes referring to us CSRT4's. As far as I know there isnt anything out yet in terms of tuning software for the CSRT.

You gotta remember the car has officially been out for less than a year now. Im pretty sure they started selling them late year last year. Maybe Oct time? Not sure exactly, but I do know that the first one to arrive in my area didnt come in until maybe march or april of this year.

while I think the new caliber srt4's are sick as **** and can be stupid fast easily done, I still just can't drive a wagon. If they would have made a sedan or coupe, then I probably would have jumped all over it. I am just not a wagon guy.

We have a completely brand new PCM for the CSRT-4s. They do NOT use the NCG3 that come in the NSRT-4.

I thought they were just going to come out with stage 1 & maybe 2.
Since turbo is just alittle smaller than Nsrt4 stage 3 turbo. But if that stage 3 decides to show up holy
It's going to be fun soon as GM & Vendors starts rolling in the performance packages

Thats the only problem I see with the LNF. Looks like 23psi and about 315 HP is it for the stock turbo. So here we are again, spend $1000 and top the engine out just like the LSJ.
