I recently went to wildwood, nj and I saw this honda that really deserved to have a picture taken of it.

so i'm guessing you are talking about your car since your car is the only pic i see in your post. kinda looks like a chevy to me but ricers put crazy badges on their car so it could be it.

 

I can see it. It's a green late 90's 4dr civic, w/ big chromes (probably 18's), a double decker black aluminum wing, an Xbox decal on the trunk and gas door, clear tails, and the words "Import Tuner" on the back bumper. Would look ok w/out the wing, and decals. But then, it'd be a 30hp less car w/ big chromes.
