it really looks like an alligator... albeit an oversized one. the mouth and tail match, the body not so much...

chances are it's the bones to a dinosaur.

It doesn't look like a Hoax. More than likely it is a mummified remains of something that was Frozen in a glacier and due to melting has been released.......unbelievably intact. Since it was probably not covered by sediment (and rather by water) there was no way for calcium and other things to replace it's cells after decay. In fact it looked like it barely decayed.
