im not startin bs. but u got the srt off the line, hes almost caught up at the 1000'. he prolly woulda had it at 1/4 mile. stage4 vs stage 2 looks likes a real good heads up race though

 

black06ss got a lot better jump on him in his race then i did on mine! the srt was 3 tenths quicker against him, and only 2 tenths quicker against me, so how is the stage 4 a better match up?

 

Nice races. Sounds like you guys are running good times for how much you've spent on mods. So would it be safe to say Intense Stg4 is comparable to GM Stg2? I try and read up on the all the different competition as much as possible. That way when the opportunity arises, I know what i'm getting myself into.

Good races, you guys go the jump on that srt but like everyone was saying if it was a 1/4 mile track he would have ran you down.

You guys = 95 mph
srt = 97 mph

Still gotta wonder though... why didn't they just build the extra 320 ft???

 

not enough room for one. and i believe insurance would be more.

 

maybe you should be just a little more aggressive off the line. i used to think i was getting awesome launches, but i was still scared of wheel hop and then i started launching just a little harder and magically i started to get 2.1-2.2 60 ft's. my tires always spin good off the line, but they dont get to the point where they hop. this is with the stock tire pressure as well. if you have the engine dampener then you could pull consistent 2.1's i would think. great runs and great videos!!!

Nice kills on the srt4, but I have to agree, in the quarter He would have taken it against Black. Black trapped at 93 in the first vid and the neon trapped at 97. But, hey run what you brung and if the neon driver brought driver mod stage -1 then thats what he gets.....A spankin from the GM Performance Parts Division. Good job guys.

Its the 1000 footer. I dont know why, but thats what it is. its 20 ft off of a 3/16 mile track.

 

nice kill too bad I can't get the vid to work... good times too.... I was supposed to go tomorrow but weather looks like its gonna be crappy for racing... just did the traction bars and this time I"m goin on my stock tires (F mud and snows), but I got my dr's on order so lets see what this baby can do.

 

that launch did look good but it was only a 2.25 60 foot. im hoping to only hit 2.1s from now on

 

Good runs guys. Now I know what kit to get to keep up with my buddies new M3. Intense stage 4 here i come . Gonna try to get some vids of me vs the M3 (smg trans) stock and then after im done with my mods.

 

? it isnt that much quicker, if it all, keep in mind he has catback. plus GMPP stage 2 still leaves your warranty in tact
