ya, but there is no point in getting a 2 1/4 now and then a 2 1/2+ later. It wont hurt in the short term just so long as he gets boosted

the cat back system you can use but the header will be replaced by the turbo manifold in the turbo kit... so the header is useless

and was the 600 dollar header really worth it? seeing as he could get a stock lsj header that's basically port matched and the GMPP FULL exhaust and still be under the cost of jus that header.. cost vs gain my friend... what kinda gain's are proven from that header on a 2.2? cause i doubt it would be more then the LSJ header with full GMPP exhaust. and since there all GM part's no warrenty complaint's from the dealer.. seeing as it's an 08 right?

has anyone actually measured the pressure in the exhaust system? Stock? Aftermarket?

Thats pretty much the only thing that will stop this debate. other than that, people just like to throw numbers around and try to get others to agree with them.

the vibrant header is a damn fine header cause it's a 4-2-1 set up which in our 2.2s is excellent. and if he is boosted 2 1/4" isn't big enough to get the max output of the turbo....warranty? who the hell mods and worries about warranty as such a basic level?

sadly that is the internet...but it is a fact that turbos need a lil bigger piping than a n/a car.
