Well it is greatly missed and i think about it every day. What she looked like when i sold her last month.

Now ten miles less a gallon and 4 more cylinder banks. Move the Drive train to the back and added some HP. I came up with this. There will be Plenty of mods to come after the winter. Already has a K&N FPIK intake, planning on Headers back with a nice tune and maybe so DRs to handle all that power. This is the picture i took the day i got it. Hasn't been nice enough to take pics as soon as that happens i will get some up.

Its an "upgrade" considering a tune and something to help the flow and mid 12s are in reach. I was sick of FWD no traction and no ***** from the gate. Plus you cant beat the sounds of a V8 over an SC'ed Cobalt. Interior and over all quality betters the Cobalt by far. Its a solid built platform with an LS2 how can you beat it for the price. I pay the same for this as i did my cobalt. Insurance is cheaper too. I would highly consider it an "Upgrade". It may not be as fast as some Turbo Balts but hey its fun to have the power up front with the mash of the gas. I like it and im looking forward to see what it can do.

I miss the gas milage and boost was great. To much work to get the cobalt to do what I wanted it to. This car is more of what I was looking for. I don't understand the negativity of some people. Come on down this spring and see what you can do against a low 12 second car. But anways to anyone else that likes it thanks for the comments V8 RWD FTMFW in my book.

Nice upgrade! Those GTO's have one nice interior! Hope you plan on more than exhaust/tune/tire because that will not go low 12s like that. I don't mean anything negative by that, but you mentioned you had big plans but only mentioned the exhaust and tune.
Have fun with the car! They are awesome.

dude those bronze rims look so sick with the blue paint. Looks really good. One of the best looking cobalts ive seen on this site. No joke! I really appreciate the fact that you didnt rice it out and gave it a domestic market look instead. Good job bro and congrats on the GTO!

That is the funnest part of all... I had the "40th anniversary" 900 made inbetween 04 and 05 that were pulse red with a bunch of stuff done to it. Looks like a 04 with the 5.7 (for sure not a 06 because of the taillights but maybe there is some scoops on the hood to make it a 05) please say you have the 6 spd manual you will love it so much more if you do. GTO is never a bad buy...

The GTO will have LT Headers back, already has intake, and im going to Vector for a tune. And yes i will have DRs on the back for sure. If i don't run 12s with that then ill need a driver mod lol. If that doesnt suffice my power needs then a cam will come for sure. I miss the Cobalt for sure and i loved the look of it i just wanted a V8 so i went for it. Thanks for all the comments.
