you got it wrong. Only the RS comes with no spoiler, along with a deletion of a bunch of other stuff. The GSR and MR have a wing.

I really couldnt tell ya man, the car has been alittle slower when I put on the bigger IC alond with the EPM 02 dump, I bought it off my friends evo, and it makes sense now why he never had satisfying track results, because this thing sucks donkey dick. It is such a ******* shitty ass design, its like a knock off of an ebay one lol.
