so im at a 4 way stop with no one at the intersection. i stop, then continue on into the intersection when this lady going at least 40 decides to just run her stop sign. she hits the front of me and continues to flip and slide about 100 feet from the intersection. i had three passengers and none of us are hurt, the lady also was rescued and only has minor injuries...real lucky

its not officially totaled because it happened today but it sure looks it haha. after the insurance is all done ill go in and take all the mods off and sell them. intake, all 4 wheels and tires, maybe the sportlines, and a magnaflow exhaust.

Youd be suprised. Cars are extremely safe nowadays. Im a Paramedic, and the majority of car accidents we go to now we get medical refusals and the people go on their merry way. Even accidents that appear serious like this one...people just walk away. Safety features have come a long way. Even in his pictures of the Nissan Murano, you can see the side curtain airbags as an example. The major improvement in vehicles today is the crumple points....cars are really designed to crumple in certain spots to really absorb all the force of the accident rather than it reaching the passenger compartment. These improved designs have really cut down on injuries following a serious crash.

Now had this been me in my antique Vette... all fiberglass, a small passenger compartment, no air bags, glass roofs, and thinner doors produced by the factory to cut weight....we'd have a different story I love that car, but if I ever get in a serious accident with that thing Im done.
