Seriously this is the first I have heard of this guy....And a friend of mine actually HAS tourettes and he is NOTHING like this guy. LOL....my buddy just twitches a little sometimes.

one of my friends was tourettes guy for halloween it was amazing. He is so good at doing impressions of him... and he looks looks kinda like him just he has all his hair. it was the greatest thing ever
