Is that similar to power shifting?

I take it both are bad, though the latter is done by ricers...and anything a ricer does is bad.

 

i also question that, what is double clutching, i always hear the expresion but don't know what it is.

 

double clutching is when you push the clutch in once to take it out of gear and push it in again to put it into the next gear. Hasn't been necessary on any vehicle made after like 1970. It's just ricer talk to make it sound like you know how to drive and that maybe you could possibly have a faster car. In reality, there's a ton of ppl that don't know what it really means. Was only made famous by Mr. Vin Diesel
