Me and Archie (a fellow css.net member) went shooting today. I brought my Mosin Nagant M44, and to change things up, we rented a Glock 9mm. We put 80 rounds through the rifle. It was a fun day, and both our shoulders will be hurtin tomorrow

I only have one gun. We rented the Glock. Once I turn 21, I'm buyin a Desert Eagle for sure!

 

looks like fun i love shooting. i can walk out my bedroom door and shoot, but never been to a range. my personal weapons are a glock 9mm, glock 10mm, beneli 10 guage, ar-15, and the nice piece of **** ak-47, then the rents own a whole bunch more pistols, and rifels including a 50 cal.

 

wel.. i have about 10 guns and im 19.... my friends say im taking advantage of my right to bare arms

OOO!! How do you like the lever action? I've been thinking about getting a winchester 30-30 lever action (ya know, like in the old western movies LOL)

 

i have a 30/30 and i freakin hate it, some reason i cant hit anything with it. Last year my papaw gave me his 30 out 6 and i love it.

 

actual the winchester lever action is a .410 gauge shotgun... its ******* fun ass hell... "and cheep to shoot" but good luck finding one... they arent made anymore and everybody who is anybody bought them up....the 30/30 i have is complete garbage .... marlin managed to build the worst lever action rifle ever... it jams all the time

i ******* hate that gun.. i wish i could get my money back

 

i have a winchester and when it doesnt jam and you reject the shell it hits the scope.

 

Hmm. Any fellow Mosin Nagant owners? I'm also thinkin about getting a ex sniper 91/30

You know what, according to AZ state law, you can OWN pistol at 18, but you have to be 21 to buy one. Hmm, all I need to do is find someone to pay and I'm good to go!

I wouldn't get it for hunting. I'd get it because its a historical, and pretty rare gun.

The 91/30 is a longer version of my gun, uses the same cartrage, but has a longer barrel. A select few of these were fitted with an optic sniper scope and called 91/30 PU. Looks like this

 

Im glad a gun thread popped up. I just went to a LTC class on sunday for 10 hours. It flew by though and seemed like 2 hours. But now that I did that I applied in my town for a License to conceal which most likely i will get with no restrictions since I have the mayor of the town as my reference . But as soon as i get that back in 5 weeks 3 days (im counting) I will be getting the Smith and Wesson MP 9mm along with the Walther G22.

 

just what i was told by a friend of the family who is a state hwy patrol officer... i feel his word is good enough for me.. even if it is wrong it doesnt make a difference to me i can walk on upstairs right now and grab the pistol out of the safe and go shoot it on my 40 acres... i can wait the 2 years to transfer owners on it

Anybody have the Springfield sub compact 9mm? I am think of buying it, and I actully already shot one and like it more then the GLock 9mm subcompact and it is cheaper. I do not own anyhand guns yet so it will be my first. I never really needed one until I move to the High crime area of Vegas eaither. LOL I do however have a mossberg pistol grip 12 gauge with a fold out stock, along with a 300 savage with a side mount scope. The 12 gauge is sweet, but the savage is the coolest.

 

So where is the target? What kind of grouping do you have? I haven't gone shooting in over 10 years. I miss it though. I used my Dad's Merlin .22 rifle. Man I hit anything with it, open sights too. I've thought looked into getting a Kimber 9mm Pro Carry, but decided I wanted to dedicate my money else where for now.
