Thanks to Forza, I can see pretty well what some graphics might look like on the car. I am starting up my own vinyl decal/graphics company and wanted to get something on my car to help catch peoples eye and get some local business going. I want something simple, but that looks pretty good. I did this last night, what do you all think? I would do it in the same colors, silver with a black drop shadow. Any input, negative or positive is appreciated!

maybe widen it out at the front, almost like its cupping the back of the wheel well....then tapering as it goes back?

 

no way. i'm not one for body vinyls. But it's your car, I'd say do whatever you want. Best of luck with your choice.

not really into graphics myself, but if your going to be doing it to help promote your business, then I say go for it. Worse comes to worse, vinyl graphics are removeable.

However, if I might add, i'd say switch the colors around......have a black vinyl w/ a silver outline, then throw on some black wheels w/ a polished lip and maybe a CF hood and a CF SS/SC wing insert, and then it might look pretty darn sexy.

 

Haha, thanks for the tips, I'm not trying to break the bank here though, just planning on spending $30 on materials and have a nice rolling advertisement.

Yeah, I know it is hit and miss with people. I am going to put something on there, just to help get my name out.

Here is another one that caught my eye. I just did this one in photoshop though, so it doesn't look as realistic, but it gives you an idea at least.

 

i think it looks kinda ricer ish. but its your car. just like i got pummled with ricer stuff cuz i have underglows but they look cool and no one else has many on cobalts. id say some lightning bolts would look sweet.

I dunno to me white sticks out way too much.

 

try it in a slightly different tone red for a "subtle" vinyl look

go to griptunning.com and check out their cobalt i like the hockey stick stripe but instead of where it says grip put company name or if its to big put ss/sc do it yenko style

 

I see a Victory Red SS that has very similar graphics on it on the way to work sometimes. I don't care for them, but I'm sure everyone will have a different opinion about them. If you like it DO IT, if you aren't sure, or think you might change your mind then save your money.

People throw around ricer too much on this site. Dude, there is nothing wrong with a vinyl or anything, a slong as it looks clena. I, personally, think it looks clean. I voted to do it! Its something different, and its clean to me. I say be unique, and do something.

Nope, though that would be cool. This is just very simple stuff here, vinyl sticker that gets cutout to whatever I want and I just put it on the car.
