factoR's build thread/07G5/ ---

So here's my official build thread after a long debate whether to keep this car or not. I am, so this summer I should put in some nice mods to my 5. I bought this last year for 7600 hundred with 18.5 k miles. Fully loaded with the audio controls and the nice pioneer system. Has a rebuilt title, suffered front and rear end damage but currently is runs and looks like new.

Recently buffed and waxed.

It is when you make the bumper and hood sit flush without a gap.

All you really have to do is place another layer of styrofoam under the styrofoam that is already there near the grille.

haha thats why im gonna be doin sc, easier on the trans since im auto as well. i know couple guys with tc autos and they all spent good money to get a built trans to keep it from dying on them.

Can you post a picture of this "Hood gap delete" and give a better explination of correction? Are you talking about increasing the height where the bumper cover lays on the bumper? Doesn't that make the headlights off?

I don't think mine has a "Huge" gap...

I found one (don't know if this is your car or not), but just as I supected your suposed "Hood gap delete" just causes gaps around the sides of the headlights and the bumper is now over the bottom of the headlights.

I think I will leave mine alone as it is supposed to be like that just like it is on my other car.
