Hello all, I'm new and new to forums as well, 2005 Cobalt SS with k&n typhoon, snow performance water/meth stage 3, eagle rods, wiseco pistons, polished charger, re flashed ecu by my boy josh at Beast Coast Customs in Watertown, NY, having trouble with the car, will only start when gas is pressed to the mat and will only run for a moment before stalling. Replaced every sensor, top end gaskets, ecu, throttle body, even bought a spare charger and still nothing! Great compression/spark/fuel. Not throwing any codes on a diag reader nothing! Was told by a GM mechanic that it may be a short somewhere along the engine harness but he wasn't sure. Any help/hints would be immensely appreciated. Active duty military stationed at Fort Drum. America!

 

id start looking through the sensor data on a scan tool to see if anything looks out of place, despite not setting codes it may have a sensor reading incorrectly. has fuel pressure been checked? its the only thing you didnt mention.

 

I'd check fuses and grounds before I replace anything which includes checking the o2 sensor wiring all the way to each one
