06 SS/SC won't start

My 06 SS/SC isn't getting power to the ECM or half of the fuse box. I've literally went over all the wires and checked grounds and everything is good

I had this problem and it ended up being bad soldered connections in the fuse box that only had half the box getting power. Replaced the fuse box and all was good.
