Angry 09 ss turbo idle problem

I have a idle or miss fire or a vac leak but car isn't sending any codes it's driving me F N crazy. When the car gets warm starts acting up I can feel the bump in the idle when I'm in the car when I look at my psi fuel pressure the numbers are low they idle between 285 465. The numbers never used to be that low at idle 900 an 1000 is what it used to idle at. Do I need to replace fuel pump fuel regulator or fuel filter or 02 sensers. I need help please.......

That's normal fuel pressure at idle. 900-1000 is probably when ur in cat warm up mode, if u were seeing that much on normal idle ur car was running pig rich at idle. I see 200-400 usually. Get some kinda scanner and log trims, that will tell u if u have a vac leak or not

When the car is warmed up and you start the car and it goes back down to idle, it should be between 280-400. If you rev it, it should be at 400-600 jumping up and down.
