All right first off if you look at my sig you can see i have a 2.6 pulley, well i tuned it my self, and yaadddda yaddda, well i ported the charge, but not alot at all, i mean i just did another port and i took off more with that one, and the guys s.c has a 2.8 and he is making mor boost then i am. I am only making 16 and the needle shakes like it is on crack, like the bypass is opening up, i unplugged the vacum line and i got around 17-18. Wut i am asking is boost should keep the bypass valve arm down to keep the throttle (bypasse) closed accept for at idle. so why would it be opening at boost????

If the boost bypass fixed it then I would guess that the bypass valve just needs to be replaced.
