2002 neon

ok so my GF has one and It starts weared so I check the the antifreeze and it was full of OIL well at lest i think it is. it could be stop leak. have you guys ever hurd of oil instead of antifreeze I am going to change it out tomorrow


its a new car....to her so I am fixing....changing a lot of stuff

I know DUH lol but I am going to fix it I just have never hurd of it and I thought that some one with a cobalt would have hurd about it before.

could be a blown head gasket I have seen oil in the coolant from that. Not a good diagnosis for you hope everything works out

way way way late update lol but I just flushed it and it was fine, it was tranny fluid. the tranny was rebuilt a few months before. its been a months and still working great in the MI winters
