2006 2.4 Cobalt SC

I just supercharged my 2006 cobalt SS automatic 2.4 liter. I used ZZP's supercharging kit to supercharge it. The one issue I am having is when ever I try rev past 4,000 rpm the engine pops and wont give power. However, if i keep the rpm below that I am not having any issues. Any idea what the issue might be?

Thanks!

In general when I try to do a 0 to 60 the car revs past 4000 rpm which is when this issue occurs.

Try posting a video of the issue. Hard to say without seeing it.

Do you think it is the filter that caused your issue or the tube leading to the filter?

I think my issue was that eBay intake has the maf in the wrong spot. Try closing the gap on the plugs an is it tuned for that intake

Well there's the issue. That gap is way to large. What size pulley are you running?

The size of the pull is 3.1 inches. What gap do you recommend?

Yes stock is .043. Even larger than the ones you had. This is the part number you need to get. 41-108

Even with upgraded injectors and running premium these sparkplugs will work?
