Well if you have no collision insurance on it then it must be paid for, it looks like a lot of damage so part it out for what ever you can get for it.

Sorry. Why the hell did you not insure the car? Rule of thumb, Always insure the car unless it would cost the dollar amount (or less) sitting in your bank account (after bills and such are paid) basically the free floating money for spending.

that Cobalt LS had to have been worth at least $9k to an insurance company and im pretty sure there arent a whole lot of people on the cobalt forums with 9k ready to spend sitting in their bank account. The only cars you see people driving uninsured are real POS's, like $2k or less.

I agreen with the insurance part. My car is worth 6k and I pay $1800 a year for insurance, when my car is worth less than what I pay to insure it I'll get rid of the coverage.
