2008 cobalt igntion swich

on my 2perogers56008 cobalt I replaced my igntion switch assembly. Do you have to take it to the dealer to get igntion switch programed. I turned key off and on for 30 minutes like I was told.but it still wont start give me some help thanks

Wouldn't any GM dealer have replaced it for FREE. Recently had that and the steering motor replaced.

If your ignition was never replaced the recall covers free towing. Gm called a tow company and paid for everything to get my car to the dealer. Even if the car runs, if you dont feel safe driving it they will tow it for free.

All times are GMT -4. The time now is 06:11 PM.
