Are window motor controlled by body module or just powered individually by switches?

Up and down colors on door motor would also be helpful.

If it uses body module relay location for motor power wold be helpful.

 

Since cobalts are known for their windows rolling down really slowly, maybe your's is rolling down Extremely slow lol.

There is one fuse for all windows and just the drivers dose not work.

Here's a start. I haven't done anything about it so I can't help otherwise.

Basically, you'll want to get out your multimeter and start testing. Then you can narrow down the problem. Yours should be much simpler than mine.
