it could possibly be the blendoor actuator that controls the blendoor from hot to cold or from the different locations of where you want the air to vent through.

the dealership said they couldn't find a noise, even though i know i heard it... :/ that's one of those hard things for them to fix because it doesn't happen all the time

I had this problem awhile back and I ended up having some sensor or something (Cant remember the name) blown. I didn't only have the clicking noise my AC was also leaking alot of water onto the passenger floor board. Well the dealership fixed it and it lasted for about 6 months and now its back. So I think its the same thing so I need to get that fixed.

So I got teh problem fixed. I complained to the dealership before I got out of warrenty and played it smart this time. I didn't go back to the dealership till the noise was there the entire ride over to the dealership. I told them look I know its out of warrenty but I complained about this so long ago, can you guys just good will the part. They said look since your dad used to work as a Tech here we'll good will it but your out of warrenty now.

The report says it was a blown motor.

To prevent it. Open your hood and check to see if there are leaves in between the hood and the glass where the car vents air to your car. If leaves are items get stuck in there it will go straigth to the blower.

They replaced my blower motor under good will warrenty.

Hope this helps. Now get the problem to rise then go to the dealership.

Yeah I went to dealership recently and they said it was my blower motor too. However my extended warranty will not cover it until the motor is completely non functioning

This is not going to be something I suggest but it is an option. Take leaves and crinkle them up and put then by the vent and drive around. Repeat till the motor is just gone.

Or pour water down there. The pipe leads to the blower and will short circuit it. And then turn off all power to the AC and then dealership time.

again I'm no car expert. I am jsut an expert at ******* things up haha.

Oh what extended warrenty do you have. PM me where you got it from and how much you pay and all that jazz. And where you got it at. I'm new to the whole extended warrenties. This is my first car and it just got out of warrenty.

Well I'm not going to recommend my extended warranty because it was the worst $1400 Ive ever spent. They wouldn't cover my steering column replacement or my thermostat. I'm actually going to cancel it after the blower motor goes. I had to talk to 4 different companies just to find out that my extended warranty wasn't going to cover my parts. Lets just say Im pretty upset because I had to spend $1400 on the warranty and the only thing they have covered is my antenna being broken. But replacing the antenna cost $114 and my warranty deductible is $100 so it only saved me $14

sheesh. Dam man that blows. Well where can I look into for getting extended warrenties. I want to get the same one the dealership uses where I jsut take the car in for warrenty work and I don't pay them anything. Does that kind of warrenty still exsist?
