Most likely your half-shafts (axles).

I have the same noise, I have taken it to the dealership about 10 times for this same problem. Everytime they tell me they can't find a problem.... however I know that it HAS to be the axels.... One day I figure one of the axels will break and take the transmission with it... then they will be sorry they never replaced the axels...

I have taken my car in multiple times for this problem, different dealerships. No one can figure it out. So I just deal for now. Seems like with all the cobalts dealing with this, someone from gm would have an idea.
