Car locked up?

My car refuses to start up. When I try to turn it over it keeps clicking and the lock light on my dash keeps lighting up. I still have my radio and all other power but my car wont turn over. I searched some other threads and found that it may be the battery? But then why is the lock icon lighting up? The battery is on the charger now so hopefully its just that. All i did was change my oil haha, when i first went to start it up after the oil change it did sputter, so i shut it off, started it again, and everything was fine. Then 10 minutes later i go to leave my house and the bitch wont start up. Anyone got any suggestions?

The first time I had my oil changed in the car it did the same thing and after looking around for a little I found that the sensor right by the oil filter cap was not plugged back in (I dont know what sensor it is tho) Maybe check that.

Looks like all my sensors are plugged in, I've had the battery on the charger for a while now as well and it still refuses to start up

Did some more reading, looks like it could be a security issue for some reason, great

Sounds like a bad cell in your battery. Mine did the same thing. The security lock light would come on and it wouldn't crank. Eventually no dash lights came on. I ended having to buy a new battery.

Sounds like an ignition switch issue. A few of these threads pop up every year it seems right when the weather starts gettin cold. If it keeps happening replace the ignition switch and do the security relearn.
