All you can do is get it scanned and find out.

Any resolution on this one? Was reading another thread as my car is doing this too and it seems that it is a limp home mode and possibly related to an oiled filter on the intake contaminating the MAF sensor wire? I will have to try and clean mine (yes there is a chemical for it) and see if it goes away. I like the higher flow of the K&N filter though, so I kinda hope that isn't it.

Not sure why you bumped a thread from 2007, I'm fairly certain the members that started & posted in this thread are no longer active. If you want assistance in trouble shooting a problem start a new thread in this same sub (Problems/Service/Maintenance)

Isn't it forum etiquette to bump a thread of a question thats already asked vs starting a new one? At least thats always been what I was told...

It's most forum etiquette to not bump 15 year old threads that don't have an answer and only three posts that does not cover a specific problem.

It's forum etiquette to not post new threads for things that have been answered multiple times, having a specific concern about a CEL light and TC light merits a users individual thread as this one doesn't cover the problem in detail or even come close to a potential solution.
